Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy, making up 99.9% of all U.S. firms according to the Small Business Administration (SBA). That’s roughly 33 million organizations across the country, each with their own dreams, challenges, and goals.
Yet too many small business owners face those challenges alone — juggling strategy, operations, marketing, and growth without the time or resources of larger corporations. That’s where we come in.
Our Philosophy
Support shouldn’t be a luxury, but for most small businesses, it often is.
Nearly 20% of small businesses fail within their first year, and by year five, that number rises to 50%. After a decade, nearly two-thirds never make it that far. We ask why, and more importantly, how can we change that?
The reality is that about half of all U.S. businesses operate with just one to four employees. That means limited time, limited bandwidth, and limited access to the kind of strategic support and data-driven insight that larger organizations rely on every day.
